Human Resources Specialist

The HRBP Specialist works closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. This role acts as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, supporting workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field2-4 years of experience in HR, with experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roleStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesExperience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
