Job PurposePerforms recruitment, training, employee engagement and ensures the proper administration of HR programs in accordance with established policies, guidelines and procedures. Main ResponsibilitiesEmployee Engagement ActivityPlan and execute employee engagement activities such as but not limited to sportsfest, Christmas party, etc.

TrainingAssist in planning, organizing and implementing various organization development programs to address the needs of employees and the organization in general. Coordinates with various departments and outside entities and prepares the necessary trainings materials to ensure the smooth conduct of training programs sponsored or administered by the company or other outside agencies.

Conducts post training evaluations and follow-ups and makes the necessary evaluation reports. Assist in the conduct and / or administration of various training needs analysis and assist in the evaluation of the same.

Conducts general and /or specialized training sessions covering specific areasMaintains a records management system for all Training/OD related programs and activitiesRecruitmentSource for applicants, conduct initial screening candidates for further screening and testing in order to meet company's requirement for qualified employeesLabor RelationsAttend schedule monthly Labor Management Council meetingReportsPrepare regular report for submission to management and government agencies, prepare other required reports in order to ensure compliance to corporate and statutory requirementsCompensation and BenefitsAdministration of employees HMO cards, follow ups and facilitate claims and update of HMO enrollee.

Processes employees emergency loan applications, cement purchase and bereavement assistance.

Coordinate with HMO provider for the yearly schedule of Executive and Annual Physical check-up of employeesRecords ManagementFiles, updates and maintains confidentiality of all 201 filesCreates and updates job description of employeesEnsures that updated job description will be signed by the concerned employees and its immediate superior and department head before filing to his 201 file. Ensures that an updated job description of all departments has been neatly files.
