Job description
I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Communicates information to employees about employee benefit programs both government mandated and company initiated benefits.Assists employees in the enrollment of benefits programs, such as health insurance, life insurance, PAGCOR GEL, and other perks.Serves as a liaison officer in all government offices such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth and BIR.Provides assistance to our Team Members in all HR-Related tasks and inquiries.Performs other HR duties or special projects as assigned by the HR Manager or the Head of the department.Ensures that the company is adhering to all HR-related laws and regulations, and helping employees understand their rights and responsibilities. II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Educational Requirement:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology or related course Experience Requirement:At least 1 year working experience in related field Skills and Attributes:Proficient in MS OfficeDetail-oriented and strong analytical skillsStrong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills Other Qualifications:Good communication and interpersonal skillsMust be a team player and work well with co-workers, superiors and employees.Good customer service and negotiation skills
