HR & Admin Supervisor (APAC)Makati | Onsite Work SetupFull-time We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Supervisor (APAC) to support human resources and administrative operations across multiple APAC markets. The role is responsible for executing HR programs, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, supporting recruitment activities, and maintaining efficient HR and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities HR OperationsSupport day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activitiesMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationPrepare HR reports and workforce data for management reviewAssist in implementing HR programs, policies, and initiatives Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positionsCoordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding processesPartner with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirementsSupport employer branding and recruitment campaigns Compensation & BenefitsAssist in payroll validation and benefits administrationCoordinate government-mandated benefits and employee enrollmentSupport salary benchmarking and compensation reviewsAddress employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits Policy Administration & ComplianceEnsure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulationsImplement company policies and HR proceduresAssist in handling employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, and investigationsCoordinate compliance requirements related to DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and OSH standards Performance Management & Employee EngagementSupport performance appraisal and employee development processesAssist in organizing employee engagement and wellness activitiesCoordinate training and development initiativesProvide HR support to employees and supervisors on workplace concerns HR Systems & AdministrationMaintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracyGenerate HR reports and monitor employee informationSupport administrative functions including facilities coordination and office administrationEnsure proper filing and documentation of HR records Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and HR concernsPartner with Finance and other departments on HR-related activities and reportingSupport regional HR initiatives as assigned QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 5–7 years of HR Generalist experience; supervisory experience is an advantageExperience handling recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR administrationKnowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirementsExperience supporting APAC or regional operations is an advantageFamiliarity with HRIS platforms such as Sprout is preferredStrong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsCHRP certification is an advantage
