We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Lead for financial reporting activities and oversee expense management for a well-established organization undergoing a finance transformation. This role is ideal for a technically strong accounting professional with extensive audit and financial reporting experience who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key ResponsibilitieLead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsOversee expense management, financial analysis, and reportingReview month-end and year-end close activitiesCoordinate internal and external audit requirementsStrengthen financial controls and reporting processesPartner with finance leadership and business stakeholders to support decision-makingIdentify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy Preferred QualificationCertified Public Accountant (CPA)Strong background in external audit or assurance Extensive experience in financial reporting and general accountingStrong understanding of IFRS/PFRS and financial controlsExperience leading finance teams and managing stakeholder relationshipsExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
