JOB PURPOSE:The Inventory and Fixed Asset Associate provides various financial, reportorial, clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient, timely and accurate generation of financial reports in accordance with Green Cross, Inc.'s accounting and management control systems. This individual will also ensure completeness and existence of company inventory and assets through the conduct of audits at various sites. JOB SCOPEEnsures timely submission of an accurate and complete balance sheet schedules by monitoring, reviewing, analyzing and reconciling general and subsidiary balances.Ensures accurate posting of transactions and compliance with accounting standards.Ascertains existence of all company's fixed assets and ensure completeness of financial records.Ascertains existence of inventories on hand and completeness of financial records.Leads and submits Audit Reports for various Inventory and Asset counts across assigned GCI areas and Third party-managed warehouses.Responsible for the timely and accurate maintenance of low value and capitalizable assets in SAP.Responsible in the creation or revision of Finance Policies and Procedures related to Inventory and Assets subject for review and approval of Immediate Superior/s.Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Management Accounting.With 1–2 years of experience in finance, inventory management, and/or fixed asset management, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.Knowledge of SAP or other accounting systems is an advantage.Willing to conduct regular field work and travel nationwide as required.Willing to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa.Willing to render overtime when necessary.
