Enterprise Architect (Corporate Banking Technology)Join one of the Philippines' leading financial institutions as it continues its digital transformation journey. We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive technology strategy, governance, and architecture excellence across critical corporate banking platforms and enterprise systems.This is an opportunity to work with senior business and technology stakeholders, influence strategic technology decisions, and help shape the future architecture landscape of a large-scale banking environment. ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain enterprise architecture standards, principles, governance frameworks and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.Provide architecture leadership across application, integration, data, and technology domains throughout the software development lifecycle.Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into scalable and sustainable architecture solutions.Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical debt evaluations to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices. RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in IT software delivery, solution design, or technology consulting, including at least 5 years within banking or financial services.At least 3 years of hands-on Enterprise Architecture experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.Strong domain expertise in one or more of the following areas: Finance, General Ledger, Reconciliation, Risk Management, HR Systems, or Enterprise Reporting.Proven experience establishing and enforcing architecture governance, standards, reference architectures, and non-functional requirements.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage business leaders and technical teams effectively.
