Job description

JOB PURPOSE: Perform the overall maintenance / operations activities including rigger of all network elements at regional level for network performance to run at optimal level as per the agreed indicators. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Be on 24 hours stand-by based on the schedule roster assistance to manage faults within area of concerned within the agreed timeline.To perform on site intervention to restore and rectify faulty equipment to restore equipment functionality within the required agreed indicators.Perform rigger activities as per required during attending network failure, preventive maintenance and other event, including service delivery activities as per the agreed quality and timeline.Managing all work slips issued and effectively managed it’s open and close within the allowable timeline.Performed the required routine preventive maintenance, CA, RF, WO, MR updates and all related work on network elements are within agreed timeline.Attending customer complaints within area of responsibility as assigned and directed by Superiors within the agreed timeline.Recording of all TT logs requirement, timesheet and all reporting in the relevant log book and system and ensuring all data are updated accurately at all times.Execution of all agreed improvement initiatives to improve team performances.Execution of work activities in a safe manner with well-maintained and secure work place prior, during and after every job completion as per the required guidelines and requirement which includes site access and supervision.Support execution and implementation of projects based on agreed scope of work and required timeline by performing required agreed activities based on project requirements.Ensure that all sites are in good and safe working environment by identifying potential danger and propose corrective actions to mitigate the danger.Ensure that all sites are properly secured and to control access to site by ensuring only authorized personnel can enter the site premise through the prescribed processes.To support site access and key management and accompany 3rd party activities on site when necessary based on project requirements.
