E-Commerce Sales Specialist

About the job E-Commerce Sales Specialist As Online Sales and Operations Specialist, your primary goal is to meet and exceed sales targets whileensuring excellent sales services. you will manage and engage customers using web-basedcommunication channels.

o Quick Response: Respond promptly and effectively handle customer inquiries, objections, and close sale in a polite, friendly, and professional manner via chat and phone calls o Selling and Management of Selling Platforms: Website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Lazada, Shopee,Zalora and others o Upselling and Cross-Selling: Suggest related products or services to enhance the customer'sexperience. o Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Client Relationship o Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to maintain relationships and gather feedback. o Database Management: Update the client database with prospective customers contactdetails and interests. Customer Service o Provide exceptional after-sales Service: by addressing customer complaints, returns andrefunds promptly and professionally. Fulfill Customer Requests: such as same day delivery booking, product reservations and monogramming.

Operations: o Booking, tracking and updating of clients' orders via same day delivery or parcel. o Packing and recording of purchased orders o Periodic checking of inventory. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Job

Qualifications: - Female only - 2-year course or college graduate - At least2 years' work experience in preferably in online selling - Sales-oriented and can-do attitude mindset - Knowledge in online marketing trends (Social Media, Website and Online selling platformsi.e. Lazada, Shopee) - Comfortable with numbers and using Microsoft excel for sales reports #J-18808-Ljbffr.
