Description Overview:● The Account Manager/ Director is the post-sales relationship builder/maintainer within the company● This individual is the liaison between the client and the internal Strike Social team● The Account Manager/ Director is the chief organization officer within the pod and helps steer thepod forward while always being one step ahead of the client● This individual should always look for ways to help the pod to ensure proper managementof each clientResponsibilities:1) Communication● Properly communicate with the client to get them all elements of a project (Proposal,screenshots, reports, insights, wrap report, etc)● Be sure to confirm with the buyer and remaining pod members that yourfeedback/comments are clear.● Set proper expectations for team members and clients2) Client Retention/Upsell/Insights● Ask questions about future needs/campaigns● Set-up post campaign calls to go over performance and offer suggestions for futurecampaigns● Ask questions in your weekly reporting e-mails to further enhance the conversation● Work with your pod to provide actionable insights that are different each week or month● Be timely with your e-mail responses, even if it’s just to set expectations and say you’reworking on something3) Technical Skills● Knowledgeable enough to pull any report/screenshot, do any media plan or send over anyproposal that’s needed if time doesn’t permit working with strategists● Stay up to date with the latest trends and competitive landscape to be able to explainStrike’s unique differentiation● Familiarity and hands on experience in different digital media platforms - Google Ads,Display & Video 360 (DV360), Facebook Ads Manager and other ProgrammaticAdvertising Platforms4) Pod Management/Quality Control● Review every report, media plan, proposal that comes through to ensure perfection priorto sending to the client● Communicate feedback to team members if there are mistakes● Check campaign pacing each time you send a report (or more frequently) to ensure yourbuyer and you are on the same page● Send out nightly to-do lists● Schedule bi-weekly retrospective pod meetings to discuss feedback and determine waysto improve work5) Organization/Data Entry● The Account Director is responsible for all data entry within our CRM tool and needs toensure this is accurate/up to speed at all times● Save all campaign details on Drive/Utopsa/Trello6) Platform Experts● Maintain up to date knowledge of the platform you’re working on● Send e-mails to internal team members and clients when these platforms have relevantupdates to share7) Invoicing● Work with the finance department to onboard new clients in Campaign Lab and Xero● Responsible for invoicing clients at the end of each month and campaign8) Special Projects● Think of ways and actually do unique proposals, case studies, reports, etc whenwarranted for high potential clientsWhat We Offer:• Competitive salary package including allowances• HMO benefits including qualified dependents• Work From Home Arrangement• Opportunity to work for world’s top brands• Rapid learning and growth opportunitiesWorking at Strike SocialStrike Social is a close-knit, work-hard/play-hard environment.
