About the JobA Cybersecurity leadership role responsible for building and leading the Security Engineering capability within the Manila Cyber Delivery Centre. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable, and standardized security engineering solutions across enterprise environments.You will lead engineering teams across multiple domains, ensure adherence to global engineering standards, and drive the implementation of secure, resilient, and operationally ready solutions. The position partners closely with architecture, operations, and sales teams to deliver integrated cyber outcomes and sustainable capabilities. Job Title: Cybersecurity (Security Strategy & Architecture Lead)Office: MakatiWork day: M-F (2x/week)Level open: Senior Lead Consultant Educational qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Work experience• 10 to 14 years of relevant experience in security engineering• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and delivery outcomes• Experience in enterprise-scale implementations and multiple engineering sub-domains Mandatory Skills• Security engineering leadership across multiple domains with accountability for delivery quality• Platform and integration engineering (enterprise security tools and controls)• Engineering standards and patterns (repeatable builds, quality gates, baselines)• Broad security expertise across identity, cloud, data, application, and infrastructure• Delivery risk and technical debt management• Project-to-operations handover (documentation, runbooks, sustainment readiness)• Stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration• Strong people leadership (team development, succession planning)• Clear technical communication to both technical and non-technical audiences Responsibilities• Lead delivery of security engineering implementations and integrations across engagements• Ensure quality, resilience, and consistency of engineering outputs• Define and enforce repeatable engineering standards, patterns, and quality gates• Own project-to-operations handover, ensuring solutions are operationally ready• Develop and mentor engineering leaders and senior engineers• Build leadership depth and succession pipelines across sub-domains• Partner with strategy, architecture, and operations teams for end-to-end delivery• Provide technical input to sales and pursuits (solution design, risks, resourcing, assumptions)• Support delivery across managed services, platform services, and staff augmentation models Preferred Skills• Professional certifications such as:o CISSPo Vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Palo Alto)• Deep expertise in at least one security engineering domain (e.g., IAM, cloud security, data security)• Experience building repeatable engineering frameworks and delivery models• Exposure to managed services, platform services, or staff augmentation delivery models Benefits:• HMO with 2 Free Dependents• Communication Allowance• Rice Allowance• Clothing Allowance• Christmas/Holiday Gift (Christmas Cash Gift)• Group Personal Accident Insurance• Life Insurance (amount will depend in the employee’s position)• Optical/Medicine/Dental Allowance• Bereavement Assistance
