Credit Analytics OfficerOnsite in Arca South Taguig About the RoleWe are seeking a driven Analytics Officer to join our Credit Risk & Analytics team. This role focuses on credit risk modeling, portfolio analytics, and data-driven strategy within the BFSI sector. You will help build and enhance credit scorecards, support risk decisioning, and contribute to the development of a strong in-house analytics capability while working closely with leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance credit risk models (PD, with exposure to EAD/LGD a plus)Manage full model lifecycle: data prep, EDA, feature engineering, development, validation, and monitoringTranslate analytics into credit strategies (cut-offs, limits, segmentation)Conduct portfolio analytics to identify risk trends and early warning signalsSupport analytics for acquisition, marketing, behavioral, and collections strategiesBuild and maintain datasets using Python / R / SAS / SQL with strong data quality controlsCreate dashboards, reports, and executive presentationsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners for model deployment and validationQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field2–7 years of experience in analytics, ideally in BFSI or credit riskStrong experience in credit risk modeling (PD required; EAD/LGD a plus)Experience in portfolio analytics and risk strategy development
