BIGO LIVE - Family Operations AdvisorResponsibilities1. Manage family communities through daily communication, announcement delivery, issue follow-up, and community atmosphere maintenance.2. Support basic campaign planning and execution, including campaign rule communication, progress tracking, and result follow-up.3. Track family performance data, observe family behavior and activity trends, and adjust operational plans based on data insights.4. Collect feedback from family leaders, identify operational issues, and actively propose improvements to enhance family engagement and campaign performance. Requirements1. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain good relationships with family leaders.2. Experience or strong interest in user operations, community management, live-streaming operations, or event operations.3. Basic Excel skills are required, including commonly used formulas such as `SUMIFS`, `COUNTIFS`, `VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP`, and simple data sorting/filtering. Pivot Table experience is a plus.4. Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with basic analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Willing to work weekend shifts or public holidays when required.
