Roles and Responsibilities:Cloud & Integration SupportSupport day-to-day operations of the BOOMI integration platform under the guidance of senior team members.Monitor integration processes and perform routine operational activities.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic platform and runtime issues.Support administrative activities such as user provisioning, access requests, folder management, and certificate updates.Document procedures, issues, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Incident & Request ManagementMonitor and manage assigned incidents and service requests.Respond to customer inquiries and support communications in a timely manner.Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.Coordinate with internal teams to help drive issue resolution.Assist in meeting service level agreements (SLAs) related to response and resolution times. Service Operations & ITIL ProcessesFollow established ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Request, Change, and Access Management.Support monitoring activities and help identify potential issues proactively.Contribute to operational documentation and knowledge management initiatives.Participate in training sessions and continuous learning activities. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of professional experience are welcome to apply.Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and IT systems.Strong willingness to learn integration technologies and ITIL processes.Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
