Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and COO, driving organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution. This role acts as a force multiplier for executive leadership by translating strategy into action, ensuring alignment across teams, and implementing scalable processes that support business growth.

Responsibilities:Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and business priorities across the organization. Lead high-impact projects from planning through implementation, ensuring successful delivery and measurable outcomes. Drive cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, recruitment, technology, and other key business functions.

Develop and enhance operational systems, workflows, SOPs, dashboards, and reporting structures to support scalable growth. Monitor strategic priorities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and organizational performance to ensure accountability and progress. Analyze business challenges, identify operational bottlenecks, and recommend practical solutions for continuous improvement.

Prepare executive reports, presentations, business reviews, and decision-support materials for leadership. Coordinate executive communications, leadership meetings, and stakeholder alignment while driving follow-through on key action items.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage. Proven experience in Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Project Management, or similar leadership roles. Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or leadership teams in fast-paced or high-growth organizations. Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms, and modern business tools.

Highly organized, adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through.
