Qualifications Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 6 years in building/facilities managementStrong knowledge of the technical aspects of building operations and maintenance Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and oversee an efficient preventive maintenance program for all building equipment and facilities. Aim to prevent equipment breakdowns, reduce repair costs, and maximize the useful life of assets.

Lead and monitor the implementation of projects and repairs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to approved specifications, standards, and quality. Develop and recommend strategies and plans to enhance engineering operations and building integrity. Oversee compliance with these plans to ensure efficient performance and quality of work. Implement and ensure compliance with safety

requirements, guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Regularly review and recommend improvements to policies and processes to preserve life and property. Monitor adherence to regulatory

requirements related to building and engineering, aiming to maintain safety and security while minimizing the risk of penalties. Provide direction on effective cost management while maintaining high-quality standards for engineering works and purchases.
