Siliconix Philippines, Inc. is currently seeking applicants for a Business Planning Section Manager.Job Location: Binan, LagunaWhat You Will Be DoingExcellent leadership skills to manage a team of at least 3 people managing high revenue and high margin devices with multi-die, multi-location, and multi-flow devicesWell- versed in any Planning System managing Demand, Supply, Capacity, Constraint, Material and Inventory. Experience and knowledge with Kinaxis and/or Blue Yonder system is a huge advantage.Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Excel is a must.Experience in the Semiconductor industry is an Advantage.Can drive and collaborate across all functional teams to achieve the company's SCM objectives (Revenue, On-time Delivery, Inventory, Customer Satisfaction, etc.) of the assigned Product LineCollaborate with Product Marketing to understand customer forecast requirementsWork with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.Strong Customer focus and ability to work effectively with peers and stakeholders such as Wafer Planning, Factory, Engineering, Marketing, and Management to drive improvementsIdentify "red flags" and engage/collaborate with other Planning Teams and Departments for root cause analysis, recommend solutions to complex problems, and drive plan execution.Guide and assist Planners to perform critical tasks.What Will You Bring AlongMinimum 5 years experience in supply chain planning/execution in a highly technical semiconductorMinimum 2 years experience in a Managerial or Teamlead positionPreferably with interface to Kinaxis and/or Blue Yonder systemsGraduate of Bachelor's/ College Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course to Supply ChainExperience in SAP ERP and SCM, Business Objects, Promis or Equivalent and Advance Planning systemExcellent communication and negotiation skills and well- developed leadership skillsAnalytical and data- driven abilityAble to adapt and succeed in a fast- paced, challenging environmentOpen to work in Binan, LagunaWhat Can We Offer You For Your TalentVishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
