Business Operations ManagerLocation: Quezon City, Metro Manila A leading global construction machinery and heavy equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee its overseas subsidiary operations in the Philippines. This role is pivotal in driving regional performance, strengthening operational discipline, and enabling sustainable business growth across sales, channel, and support functions.This is a high-impact leadership role covering end-to-end business operations—from sales performance management to cross-functional coordination and local compliance. The ideal candidate will act as the operational backbone of the regional business, ensuring execution excellence and alignment between headquarters strategy and local market delivery. Key Responsibilities1. Business Performance & P&L ExecutionOwn key regional performance indicators including sales, collections, and inventory healthDevelop and execute annual business plans, budgets, and operational targets for the subsidiaryConduct regular performance reviews, business analysis, and operational risk assessmentsDrive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and structured reporting2. End-to-End Sales Operations ManagementOversee full sales cycle governance from lead management to order fulfillmentEnsure seamless execution of production-to-delivery planning (T+3 planning cycle)Monitor sales orders, overdue accounts, and inventory turnover through regular auditsProvide analytical support to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Resource IntegrationCoordinate with logistics, customs, finance, tax, legal, warehousing, and service teams to support operationsAct as the local execution bridge between headquarters and regional teamsSupport key account development and major project execution across channelsEnsure effective implementation of HQ policies and regional operating models4. Compliance & Local Platform DevelopmentEnsure full regulatory compliance of subsidiary operations, including labor and governance policiesIdentify and mitigate operational and business risks in local executionSupport the development of localized functions such as marketing, after-sales, and spare parts supply chainProvide structured market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and customer dynamics5. Channel & Data-Driven ManagementManage agent/channel lifecycle including onboarding, performance evaluation, and exit decisionsEstablish tiered customer management frameworks and performance tracking systemsDefine key operational metrics and deliver regular data analysis to support decision-making Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree or above in Construction Machinery, International Trade, Marketing, Statistics, or related disciplines4–8 years of overseas sales or business operations experience in manufacturing or industrial sectorsStrong understanding of end-to-end sales operations (lead generation to delivery)Advanced Excel skills with strong capability in data analysis and business reportingFluent in English; Mandarin is an advantageStrong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, complex environmentsExcellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven operations professional seeking a regional leadership role with strong exposure to cross-border business management, strategic execution, and organizational development within a fast-scaling international platform.
