5+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation roles. Industry experience in one or more domains: Social Media, Telecom, Hi-Tech, Retail, E-commerce. Certifications: Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in BPM and project management tools: FIGMA, Visio, Jira, Microsoft Suite, and Mind Mapping tools.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with familiarity in analytical tools.
