Role OverviewThe Brand & Promotions Manager is responsible for driving retail sales by developing and executing impactful brand and promotional campaigns. This role ensures all initiatives are commercially sound, clearly communicated, and flawlessly executed across in-store and digital channels. You will play a key role in increasing customer traffic, conversion, and basket size, while maintaining strong brand consistency across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities1. Brand Management & Creative OversightLead execution of brand campaigns to strengthen awareness and positioningEnsure consistent application of brand identity across all channelsReview and approve creative materials for quality, accuracy, and alignmentTranslate brand strategy into retail-ready executionsMaintain and enforce brand guidelines2. Promotions Planning & Campaign ExecutionOwn and manage the annual, monthly, and weekly promotions calendarDevelop compelling retail offers (discounts, bundles, seasonal campaigns, etc.)Ensure promo mechanics are clear, customer-friendly, and effectiveLead end-to-end campaign rollout across stores, digital, and CRM3. Advertising & Content ExecutionOversee production of campaign materials across all channelsEnsure timely delivery of accurate and on-brand outputsMaintain clear and consistent messaging across touchpoints4. Cross-Functional & In-Store ExecutionCollaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Store Operations teamsEnsure stock readiness and seamless promo executionProvide stores with complete promo kits (visuals, mechanics, pricing)Drive strong in-store visibility (signage, displays, zones)Conduct post-launch checks to ensure quality execution5. Performance & Budget ManagementTrack campaign performance (sales uplift, redemption, ROI)Identify insights and optimize future campaignsManage budgets efficiently with a focus on cost-effectivenessCoordinate with suppliers, agencies, and vendors6.
