If you like keeping everything organized and making people’s work lives easier, you’ll fit right in.How You Spend Your Eight HoursServe as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, providing clear, timely, and accurate supportFacilitate the processing of government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on timeCoordinate with government agencies and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, follow up on claims, and maintain compliance with regulationsAdminister HMO processes, including enrollments, updates, removals, and billing validation, ensuring accuracy in records and reportingCommunicate benefits programs, updates, and policy changes in a way that employees can easily understand and act onProcess end-to-end payroll, including reviewing timekeeping data, calculating salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate payoutsMaintain and update employee records in HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all timesReview attendance, leaves, and holiday pay to validate payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies before processingPrepare and release final pay for exiting employees, ensuring all requirements and clearances are completed properlyMonitor and manage employee requests through the ESS ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of concernsCollaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth handling of employee concerns and continuous improvement of processesSupport onboarding activities such as HR orientation and benefits briefing for new hiresCross-train across HR and ESS functions to provide backup support and maintain operational continuityWhat You Must PossessAt least 2–3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, or HR operationsWorking knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and a service-oriented approach, with experience using HRIS or payroll systems (Sprout is a plus)Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindsetWhat You Shall ReceiveHMO coverage upon regularization, with one free dependent after one year of continuous service and another free dependent after two years of continuous serviceVL/SL credits upon regularizationFriendly and supportive work culture13th-month pay and other Philippine-government-mandated benefitsNon-taxable allowancesPay increases, performance bonuses, growth opportunities, birthday gifts, and many moreWhat You Should ConsiderFull-time positionMonday to Friday, 9 PM to 6 AM Manila timeHybrid work setup (Pasay-based)Salary: PHP 30,000 packageWhy Join Our CompanyYou look for a company whose senior management listens to what you are and aren’t saying and whose managers and team leads you can genuinely connect with.
