, structural, MEP) to ensure model integration and clash resolutionAssist in preparing quantity take-offs, bill of materials, and as-built drawingsMaintain version control and file management using ProjectWise, SharePoint, or other Common Data Environment (CDE) platformsParticipate in internal reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistencySupport project delivery schedules by managing modelling timelines and updatesCollaborate with engineers and project managers in interdisciplinary coordination meetings Job RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related disciplineMinimum of 3 years’ experience as a Civil BIM Technician or Civil 3D Designer in infrastructure or land development projectsStrong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including modelling of roads, grading, drainage systems, and site infrastructureFamiliarity with BIM processes, standards, and workflowsExperience working with BIM collaboration tools such as Navisworks, Revit, InfraWorks, etc.

Good understanding of civil engineering principles related to highways, drainage, and site developmentAbility to interpret and apply technical drawings, specifications, and standardsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and qualityExcellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teamsKnowledge of local and international design standardsWillingness to adapt to new software tools and evolving workflows.
