Position OverviewThe Azure Integration Consultant / Architect is responsible for designing, delivering, and governing enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services. The role supports organizations in connecting cloud, hybrid, and SaaS systems through secure, scalable, and resilient integration patterns. Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration Design & DeliveryDesign and implement integration solutions using:o Azure Logic Appso Azure Functionso Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubso Azure API ManagementApply API-led, message-based, and event-driven integration patternsTranslate business and technical requirements into integration designs and implementationsSupport integrations across ERP, CRM, HR, Data platforms, and SaaS applications Architecture & Standards (Architect Focus)Define integration architecture, patterns, and best practicesEstablish enterprise integration standards and reusable assetsEnsure alignment with security, identity, networking, and governance policiesReview and govern solution designs across multiple delivery teams Quality, Operations & SupportImplement monitoring, logging, error handling, and retry strategiesSupport testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live stabilizationTroubleshoot and resolve complex integration issuesContribute to operational documentation and runbooks Collaboration & AdvisoryWork with business, application, data, and platform teamsAdvise stakeholders on integration approach, tooling, and trade-offsMentor junior consultants and developers (Architect / Senior Consultant level) Qualifications and SkillsExperience (Role Level Determination)Azure Integration Consultant6–8 years of overall IT experience4–6 years of hands-on Azure integration experienceStrong delivery focus with proven implementation experience Technical SkillsStrong expertise in Azure Integration ServicesExperience with REST APIs, messaging, and event-driven architecturesKnowledge of data transformation, mapping, and integration patternsUnderstanding of Azure security, identity, networking, and DevOps conceptsExperience integrating with enterprise and SaaS platforms Preferred Qualifications (Key Certifications)Microsoft Certified: Azure Integration Services or equivalent Azure certificationAzure Developer Associate (Consultant)Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Architect)TOGAF or architecture certifications (Architect – desirable) If you're interested in this opportunity, please send your updated CV to aupanaligan1@kpmg.com.
