The MC Collection Agency Coordinator manages and monitors third-party collection agencies handling Motorcycle (MC) loan accounts. The role ensures agencies meet collection targets, follow company policies, and maintain efficient recovery performance. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with assigned collection agencies for MC loan accountsMonitor agency performance vs. targets and KPIsProvide account assignments and updated portfoliosValidate and reconcile agency collections and remittancesConduct regular performance reviews with agency partnersEnsure compliance with company policies and data privacy standardsHandle escalations and resolve agency-related concernsMaintain accurate reports and documentation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field2–3 years experience in collections or agency coordinationExperience in MC or auto loans is an advantageStrong communication and coordination skillsGood analytical and reporting skillsProficient in MS Office tools
