Job description
This role serves as the operational support during the high-stakes pilot phase of our new product and platform updates. From a product perspective, the expectation is for this individual to own the "logistical health" of our rollouts. They will ensure that feedback loops between pilot merchants and the product team remain smooth, that stakeholders are aligned through meeting management, and that the administrative friction of scaling is handled.Key Tasks:Pilot Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for pilot participants, tracking their onboarding progress and surfacing immediate blockers to the Product Manager.Workshop Facilitation: Organize and document technical workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions, ensuring action items are assigned and tracked.Operational Monitoring: Maintain a real-time tracker of pilot milestones and government platform compliance requirementsStakeholder Communication: Draft and distribute weekly status updates to cross-functional partners (Sales, Legal, and Tech) regarding rollout health. Documentation Specialist - Role Expectation: This role is expected to translate new product information into digestible, professional visual manuals and guidebooks in powerpoint presentation or google slides. The success of a product often depends on how well it is understood by those who use and sell it. They will bridge the gap between technical specs and user-facing value, ensuring our communication materials are of the highest executive standard.Key Tasks:Collateral Development: Create comprehensive powerpoint presentation of manuals and user guides for the new products.Executive Reporting: Design and populate monthly Business Review (MBR) decks that visualize performance against launch targets.Sales Enablement: Build "train-the-trainer" modules and product pitch decks for the sales team to facilitate rapid scaling . Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Information Technology, or any related fieldExperience:2–5 years of experience in project coordination, product operations, program support, or business operationsExperience supporting product launches, pilot programs, or cross-functional rollouts is highly preferredBackground in stakeholder management, documentation, or training content development is an advantageExperience working with Sales, Product, Tech, or Operations teams in a fast-paced environme nt
