Job Description:ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is seeking a talented Accounting Specialist to join our team. Account specific roles and responsibilitiesDraft, review, and post invoices. Identify and apply correct General Ledger (GL) codes to all transactions.

Manage accounts payable activities in compliance with company policies. Provide daily updates to internal counterparts and clients regarding task completion and invoice status. Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

1 - 2 years experience in Bookkeeping, General accounting, or similarKnowledge of different accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct is an advantage. Proficiency in using MS ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
