Job Title: Trainer II (Cyberjaya, 24/7 shift)Job Description: The Trainer II is responsible for delivering client-focused training to address new hire, product update, and recurring training

requirements for Concentrix. The role supports client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation with best-in-class service and delivery.

Responsibilities include attaining certification in the Trainer Certification Program (101/102), mentoring Program Ready Trainers, reviewing and modifying curriculum, and evaluating training programs using various feedback methods.

Essential Functions/Core ResponsibilitiesResponsible for day-to-day functional direction of agents within the training classroom environment, including monitoring student progress, providing coaching and developmental feedback, and readiness recommendations. Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills, including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques across various delivery modalities.

Prepare and present training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities. Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics. Support and partner with Operations to transition agents from training to production, ensuring competency levels meet business needs. Maintain relevant product knowledge by taking calls, attending client and cross‑functional meetings, and conducting side-by-side observations.

Ensure effective, consistent communication with managers, peers, and resource groups, including day‑to‑day informal interaction with clients. Support the Instructional Design team in developing training materials for computer-based, interactive, classroom, and written job‑aid formats. Measure the effectiveness of training programs using feedback methods—focus groups, interviews, and surveys—to enhance resources and programs.

Recommend curriculum modifications to the Training Manager/Supervisor based on internal customer feedback and Training Needs Analysis. Participate in continuous learning culture by staying engaged on change management, product releases, policies, processes, and procedures. Candidate ProfileBachelor's Degree in a related field from a four‑year college or university; two to four years of relevant experience preferred. ). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Demonstrated ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables. Self‑starter with a sense of urgency who works well under pressure.
