Job Description Responsible for day‑to‑day inspections of all electrical systems (33/11 kV substation, switchgear, transformer, generator set, etc.) to ensure stable electrical supply for factory operation. Conduct all high‑voltage electrical maintenance work according to schedule, record procedures, and submit maintenance records to the Energy Commission of Malaysia as required by the Electricity Supply Act 1990. Provide 24/7 coverage responding to factory power outages and any electrical incidents to recover operations as quickly as possible. Track energy consumption, conduct measurements and perform energy monitoring to support efficient use of energy and cost‑saving initiatives. Provide additional support for facilities shift coverage in the absence of shift personnel due to extended medical leave or other reasons. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of all electrical switchboards, A/C system, CDA‑compressor system, vacuum system, exhaust system, and emergency supply generator systems related to electrical tripping. Supervise contractor works related to electrical safety requirements and ensure tag‑out applications are followed during maintenance works. Monitor daily meter readings and initiate preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and power failures. Maintain standby generator, diesel fire pump, and perform weekly test runs, keeping records to meet local regulation requirements. Maintain standby generator and diesel fire pump test runs, keeping records per regulations. Qualifications HT/LV chargeman competent certificate (A4/BO/B4) registered with the Energy Commission of Malaysia. Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, particularly in semiconductor industry and clean‑room environments. Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team; integrity, initiative, and respect. Ability to write reports in English or Bahasa Malaysia. Capability to work a 12‑hour routine shift in a clean‑room environment. Availability for flexible shift coverage, including weekends and public holidays, to conduct factory shutdown maintenance works. #J-18808-Ljbffr
