Process Trainer (Korean Speaker OR Japanese | English B2 Level) Are you a Korean speaker or Japanese speaker with expertise in training, team leadership, or operations? We are looking for passionate professionals to join our team and drive excellence in customer service and process improvement. Overview Process Trainer responsible for training, coaching, and improving operational performance across customer service processes. This role requires collaboration with Operations and Quality teams and a focus on training effectiveness and process improvement. Responsibilities Train new hires on product and process Work with Operations & Quality teams to improve performance Conduct refresher sessions and track training effectiveness Utilize GDS knowledge to enhance training programs Support quality audits and provide feedback when needed Lead a team of agents to meet key performance metrics Ensure smooth daily operations and manage escalations Drive key business metrics like SLA, CSAT, and adherence Provide coaching, performance management, and career development Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone to users, drivers, and partners Handle and resolve escalated customer issues from BPO and internal teams Investigate root causes of issues and recommend solutions or process improvements Support operational efficiency and improve customer experience Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain high-quality service standards What We’re Looking For Korean speaker with English proficiency (B2 Level) Experience in training, team management, or operations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Willingness to work 24x7 shifts (including weekends, night shifts as needed) Why Join Us Work in a dynamic, multicultural environment Career growth opportunities in a leading global company Competitive salary and benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr
