System Admin Or Linux Patch Management Support

Job description

ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and deploy Linux OS patches and security updates.Perform vulnerability remediation based on security scan reports.Monitor patch compliance across Linux environments.Coordinate patching activities with application and infrastructure teams.Validate patch deployment and troubleshoot failures.Prepare patching reports and compliance dashboards.Support maintenance windows and change management activities.Ensure systems comply with organizational security standards.Required SkillsExperience in Linux Administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).Knowledge of patch management tools such as Red Hat Satellite, Ansible, or Spacewalk.Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, Nessus, or Rapid7.Understanding of security patching, CVEs, and compliance requirements.Good troubleshooting and communication skills.Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.Preferred SkillsShell scripting.Automation using Ansible.Experience in enterprise data center environments.Basic cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP). #J-18808-Ljbffr
