Supervisor or Executive Accounts & Finance (Retail Division) Company Name: QL Farms Sdn. Bhd. Position Title: Supervisor / Executive – Accounts & Finance (Retail Division) Be at the heart of our retail finance operations, where you will keep daily transactions accurate and compliant while supporting month-end reporting and smooth coordination between outlets and head office. In this hands‑on role, you will manage core accounting and bookkeeping activities, resolve discrepancies with stakeholders, and help strengthen processes. Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate posting, reconciliation, and reporting. Maintain organized records and follow through on outstanding items until closure. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow. Learn continuously and adapt to changes as the retail business grows. Uphold integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling financial data. Qualifications Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent with relevant accounting experience in retail/FMCG. Minimum 1-2 years (Supervisor position) in similar capacity. Minimum 3 years (Executive position) in similar capacity. Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel; comfortable working with data and deadlines. Able to handle full set of accounts independently; strong communication skills and teamwork. Interested?
