Sales Executive – ORS (Johor Bahru) Company: B. Braun Medical Supplies Job Posting Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia Functional Area: Sales Working Model: Hybrid Requisition ID: 10901 B. Braun is a leader in the medical devices industry and we invite you to join our dynamic team. In this role you will help elevate surgical care across the region by building long‑term relationships, driving sales growth, and providing reliable after‑sales support. Your key responsibilities: Identify, engage, and develop new and existing customers by understanding unmet needs, providing suitable solutions, closing sales, and delivering consistent after‑sales support. Achieve territorial sales targets through effective planning, execution of sales and marketing activities, managing prospects, and maintaining strong control over assigned territories. Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key hospital stakeholders while sustaining a strong customer network for continuous sales growth. Manage operational and compliance duties, including handling product complaints and pharmacovigilance submissions, preparing accurate quotations, updating CRM tools, and completing required reports on time. Represent the company professionally by conducting hospital‑level talks, participating in industry events and training, supporting tenders/contracts, staying on standby/on‑call as required, and collaborating effectively as a team player. What you will bring to the team: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferably in Business or Science. Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in healthcare (pharmaceutical and/or medical devices). Experience covering hospital accounts. Knowledge of various selling techniques and the ability to apply and demonstrate them during business or product promotion to customers. What sets B.
