Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Greater Kuala Lumpur for a Sales & Digital Marketing Associate - Japanese or Korean Speaking. The Associate will be responsible for supporting sales efforts through client engagement, lead generation, and relationship management. The role also requires overseeing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and analyzing key performance metrics to drive brand awareness and business growth. Collaboration with different teams to implement effective marketing strategies is an integral part of the job. Role Sales & Digital Marketing Associate - Japanese or Korean Speaking Location: Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Malaysia. Salary: RM10,000 Work Hour: Rotational Day Shift Education: Bachelor Degree Joining Date: (Japanese - 6th July 2026) (Korean -15th June 2026) Headcount: 20 (Candidates from Japan & Korea) Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience with 1 year of Sales and digital marketing experience. About The Role Marketing experts are great at solution selling and product recommendations. You will first understand the Advertisers’ goal, and identify Advertisers’ business objective to offer them products/solutions that help them achieve their goals. You have a great personality and are skilled in outbound sales and eloquent in English language as well to establish consultative relationship with Advertisers, so that they are receptive to your recommendations. This is a revenue focused role. Duties and Responsibilities Contact new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal. Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption when applicable, manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue. When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products. Become an expert on all advertising solutions. Ability to identify trends and solve problems. Providing vital product insights & feedback from their own experience using the products and sharing the feedback from the Advertisers. Champion and produce success stories for Advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the products. Use a variety of tools to properly communicate and drive Advertiser’s business to success. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor’s degree At least 1 year of experience in Digital marketing/online sales organization Knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems Excellent English and (language to support) communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills Self‑starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment Proactive mindset with regards to identifying issues and opportunities as well as communication with clients Highly motivated and goal‑oriented Takes direction well while also demonstrating proactive behavior Creative decision‑making skills and proven ability to work independently Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure Feels comfortable contacting clients via phone, chat or email #J-18808-Ljbffr
