About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Intern or Fresh Graduate to join the Data Validation & Update Squad (DVU) within Product Data Operations.

This team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of data for key products such as Know Your Customer Registry (KYC‑R) and SwiftRef Standing Settlement Instructions (SSI). This is an entry‑level opportunity suited for individuals who are eager to learn and gain hands‑on experience in operations, data validation, and financial services. The internship duration is a minimum of 6 months.

Key

Responsibilities / What to ExpectAssist in daily operational tasks related to data validation and updates for KYC Registry and SSI. Review data and basic supporting documents against defined guidelines. Support data updates and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and team guidelines. Help identify simple data issues or inconsistencies. Perform basic checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Escalate unclear or complex cases to team members. Work closely with team members to support daily operations. Participate in team discussions, knowledge sharing, and training sessions. Provide support during peak periods when required. Learn and apply operational processes and tools used by the team. Provide feedback on any difficulties faced during tasks. Build understanding of KYC and SSI products over time. Maintain simple and accurate records of tasks completed.

Follow guidance on documentation and evidence

requirements. EducationRecent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in: Business, Finance, or Banking Data or Information Management Risk, Compliance, or related fields. Skills & ExperienceNo prior experience required; internship or academic project experience is a plus. Basic understanding of data handling or attention to detail. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word). Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
