Construction Manager (Modular/Pipe Rack Construction)

Location:Klang Valley (Cyberjaya/Balakong/Penang if required) with required travel to regional project and site offices. Core Objective:Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of pipe rack modular solutions, off-site workshop pre-fabrication, logistics, and on-site installation for high-tech and mission-critical construction projects.

Responsibilities:1. 2. 3. 4. 5. QA/QC & Safety Enforcement: Implement quality assurance standards and safety protocols (working-at-height, heavy lifting, factory acceptance testing) to minimize rework and prevent schedule delays.

Requirements &

Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 5 years of construction and project management experience in MEP systems, high-tech facilities, or mission-critical construction. Hands-on experience with DfMA and Off-Site Modular (OSM) manufacturing is highly preferred. Technical Competency: Good working knowledge of BIM coordination, shop drawing interpretation, structural/mechanical supports, and dimensional tolerance management.

Leadership & Communication: To lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate effectively with main contractors, and resolve critical site issues under tight timelines.

Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent professional certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr. Compensation: 120 - 180.
