Skill : Claude Business Analyst Work Location : Malaysia ExP Level : 7+ Yrs ROLE OVERVIEW Seeking an AI-native Business Analyst to join the delivery team. This is not a conventional BA role. You will operate at the intersection of insurance domain knowledge, product strategy, and AI-accelerated analysis — using Claude as your primary productivity and delivery tool from day one. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into precise, actionable artefacts — user stories, PRDs, process maps, and acceptance criteria — at a pace and quality that only AI-augmented analysts can sustain. MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of BA experience in complex software delivery programmes Proven, daily hands‑on use of Claude or equivalent LLMs as a core delivery tool — not experimental or occasional Demonstrated ability to produce PRDs, user stories and process documentation at AI‑accelerated pace Deep insurance domain knowledge — P&C, commercial lines, distribution platforms, claims or billing Experience working within regulated enterprise environments with strict compliance and security requirements Strong stakeholder management — able to operate effectively with senior client business owners Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and milestone-gated programme structures HIGHLY DESIRABLE Experience on large-scale platform transition or lift-and-shift programmes Exposure to Angular / .NET-based platforms or enterprise distribution systems (DuckCreek, System6, PAL) Commercial lines insurance — mid‑market underwriting or broker distribution experience Knowledge transfer and documentation programme experience (key‑person risk elimination) Experience operating within Anthropic / Claude enterprise deployments in regulated networks KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead AI-assisted requirements discovery sessions — turning raw business input into structured user stories, epics and PRDs within hours using Claude Produce and maintain living documentation that stays current with the codebase, not weeks behind it Collaborate directly with Client Product Owners and stakeholders to validate business requirements and acceptance criteria Facilitate and document stakeholder workshops, process walkthroughs and impact assessments Translate complex insurance workflows (distribution, policy, claims, billing) into developer-ready specifications Own acceptance criteria definition; work hand-in-hand with QA/QE to ensure traceability from story to test case Contribute to the milestone-gated KT programme — capturing and documenting institutional knowledge from the incumbent team Use Claude to perform gap analysis, regulatory impact assessments, and domain research at speed Support process re-engineering work within the strict lift-and-shift constraint — identify efficiency gains without architectural re-platforming Operate fully within client's network security perimeter; adhere to all SDLC and documentation governance standards Employment Visa Sponsored Flight Ticket Provided Two Weeks Free Accommodation on arrival Group Insurance (medical + life coverage) Career growth & upskilling opportunities Exposure to international banking projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
