Senior PV Installer

Senior PV Installer | Piedmont, Italy | Urgent hire Solar is booming in Northern Italy - and we're looking for a hands-on Senior PV Installer to join a fast-growing rooftop solar and heat pump installation company based in the Piedmont region. This is a hands-on trade role for someone who already knows their way around a rooftop PV install and wants to keep growing - with a clear path toward Team Leader.

What you'll do:- Execute residential and commercial PV installations safely and to spec- Support the Team Leader with scheduling, site coordination and equipment bookings- Work with the purchasing team to make sure materials are on-site, complete and correct- Keep installs on time and on budget, troubleshoot technical issues, and run quality checks- Follow safety protocols, join safety briefings, and help keep the site safe for everyone- Report progress to management and flag ways to improve the process What you bring:- 3-4 years' hands-on experience installing PV systems- A qualified tradesperson background - solar, electrical or related- Fluent Italian (non-negotiable - this is a client-facing, on-site role)- A driver's licence and no issue working outdoors in all weather- Good problem-solving instincts, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude Open to Italian nationals and expats already based in Italy who meet the above.
