Your RoleAs a Senior. NET Developer – Technical Lead, you'll be responsible for supporting development teams across the organization, guiding them through technical

requirements, coordination and day-to-day execution. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to structure and deliver work effectively, drive technical training and knowledge sharing, review pull requests and contribute directly to coding and implementation when needed. A few examples of your responsibilitiesContribute to coding activities and perform Pull Request reviews to ensure code quality and consistency. Translate product and business goals into clear technical

requirements and implementation guidelines. Support Development teams in defining technical approaches and resolving implementation challenges. Organize and deliver technical training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities. Coordinate technical activities across Development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution. Promote and reinforce development standards, best practices, and engineering quality.

What We’re Looking For7+ years of experience in software engineering. Proficiency in C# and. NET /. NET Core (versions 6–10). Solid knowledge of ASP. NET Core MVC and Web APIs. Proficiency in TypeScript. Strong understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Code practices. Experience with Unit Testing. Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and practices. Proficiency in Git and GitHub. Fluency in English.
