SSC GD Constable CBT syllabus is Class 10 (matric) level across four equal sections — 20 questions each for 40 marks. Per Testbook, Prepp and Career Power, the paper is bilingual (Hindi/English plus 13 regional languages) with +2 per correct and −0.25 per wrong answer in 60 minutes.

- Is SSC GD syllabus same as SSC MTS?
- Both are 10th-level, but GD has four sections of 20 Q each (Reasoning, GK, Maths, English/Hindi) while MTS uses two sessions with different marking.
- Which language should I choose — English or Hindi?
- Pick the language you are strongest in for the 20-mark language section. The rest of the paper can be attempted in Hindi or English as per notification.
- Is there negative marking in SSC GD CBT?
- Yes — 0.25 marks deducted per wrong answer (+2 for each correct answer).
