Learn more at: Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Operations Manager/Assistant Manager to lead theplanning and execution of People Matters’ conferences and new experiences & Initiatives. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end event operations lifecycle — from planning,budgeting and vendor management to on-ground execution and post-event closure.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing B2B events, conferences, corporate events, orlarge-scale experiences and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities 1. Event Planning & Execution● Own the end-to-end operational planning and execution of physical, virtual, and hybrid events. ● Develop detailed event plans covering timelines, logistics, production, staffing, vendors, andon-ground
