Responsibilities Produce and review consulting deliverables such as M&A and investment cases, post-merger integration plans, and strategic recommendations backed by quantitative analysis. Synthesize messy inputs like data rooms and due-diligence reports into clear, structured, and well-reasoned cases. Deliver client-ready work products including crisp memos, models, and recommendations with explicit assumptions, risks, and conditions.

Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years at a top consulting or advisory firm or equivalent in-house corporate-development experience. Elite structured problem-solving skills and the ability to drive to a defensible recommendation under ambiguity. Strong financial and business acumen plus advanced modeling (LBO / 3-statement, pro forma) and executive-quality written deliverables.
