About the Role As a Centre Manager, you will lead one of upGrad’s Offline Learning Centres, with a strong focus on sales, operations, and learner success. You will be responsible for driving student enrollments, managing centre performance, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for learners. This role blends leadership, business growth, and academic excellence – offering you the opportunity to run a centre like your own P&L.
