Job Description:Design mechanical building services solutions for a variety of developmentsPerform HVAC, ventilation, heating, cooling, and plumbing system design activitiesPrepare engineering calculations, technical specifications, and project reportsCollaborate with architects, project managers, contractors, and design teamsSupport projects during planning, design, construction, and handover phasesConduct site visits and inspections to ensure designs are implemented correctlyProvide technical support throughout project executionAssist in ensuring projects comply with applicable standards and client requirementsSkills & Experience:Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience within a mechanical building services consulting environmentExperience designing HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, and thermal comfort systemsExposure to commercial, residential, educational, healthcare, or industrial projectsConstruction and site-based experience beneficialProficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft OfficeRevit experience advantageousQualification:BTech/BEng / BSc in Mechanical EngineeringOnly South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be consideredIf you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
