Requirements\n Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chef\n \n Food Safety Knowledge \n Strong knowledge of HACCP principles, food safety regulations, and best practices in food preparation and storage.\n Dietary and Nutritional Awareness \n Experience preparing meals for individuals with special dietary

requirements, including modified textures, allergies, and therapeutic diets.\n Leadership and Team Management \n Proven ability to supervise, support, and motivate kitchen staff while maintaining high standards of food quality and service.\n Organisation and Communication Skills \n Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage stock, control food costs, and communicate effectively with residents, management, and multidisciplinary teams.\n \n #J-18808-Ljbffr.
