Teleperformance Indonesia is looking for a WFM and RTA to join our International Customer Support Operations team in Bali, for Australian market. You'll be the person behind the numbers, forecasting staffing needs, creating schedules, monitoring performance in real time, and turning data into insights that help the business perform better.
