Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Bali, Indonesia for a Wedding Decor Stylist. The Wedding Decor Stylist will design and conceptualize unique, visually captivating wedding setups tailored to clients’ desires. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, coordinating with vendors, sourcing decor materials, managing on-location decor installations, and ensuring timelines and quality are strictly adhered to. The role requires a deep understanding of aesthetics and the ability to work closely with clients to achieve the wedding of their dreams. QualificationsExperience in event settings, to create stunning and cohesive environments.Proficient in design software such as SketchUp, Procreate, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar toolsAttention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills to handle unique design challenges and execute flawless installations.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with wedding trends and cultural design aesthetics is an asset.Proven experience in event decor or a related field; a degree or certification in design or a similar discipline is advantageous.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and adapt to various weather conditions during on-site events.
