Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist We are seeking a highly motivated technical solutions specialist to join our team. The Technical Solutions Specialist will be responsible for gathering information from customers to identify their needs and proposing technical solutions (technology and equipment) that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in information technology or electro-mechanical engineering and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position. Responsibilities:Gather information from customers to identify their needs.Analyze, develop, and propose technical solutions (technology and equipment).Create the design, bill of materials, scope of work, schedule, and proposal documents.Deliver presentations about technical solutions to customers and perform demos or proofs of concept if needed.Coordinate with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain the required information (price, demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutions.Coordinate with other departments to provide the required information before the project begins.Assist the sales team in the process of selling products and services by creating new markets and developing existing ones. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Electro-Mechanical Engineering from a reputable universityMinimum GPA of 3.00 (S1)Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar positionKnowledge in thermography Thermal Imaging Systems (FLIR).Knowledge in Building Industry or ManufactureKnowledge in Electrical Instrumentation and Automation SystemKnowledge in Security SystemsUnderstanding of the Internet of Things (IoT) and ITKnowledge in Database SQLStrong communication and interpersonal skills in EnglishFast learner and detail-orientedSelf-starter, dynamic, energetic, and highly motivatedAble to work individually or in a teamHigh integrity, committed, and responsibleAble to work under pressure Location Work : Green Lake, Tangerang If you are a self-motivated individual with the skills and experience we are looking for, please apply with your resume and cover letter.
