About the Role:Motion Indonesia is expanding! We are looking for Technical Service Engineers to join our team for future development in the Surabaya area. In this role, you will serve as our vital on-site representative, working directly at customer site and surrounding industrial hubs.You will work closely with our Product Specialists and Sales Teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and top-tier technical support. Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Support: Base yourself in Surabaya to directly support customer's site in Gresik and broader Surabaya industrial & mining sectorsTroubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical backup issues across all CBC productsCross-Functional Collaboration: Escalate complex engineering defects to the Product Specialist Team and deliver valuable feedback for product improvementsClient & Sales Interface: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer inquiries and collaborate with the Sales Team to drive satisfaction.Brand Agnostic Representation: Manage day-to-day activities on-site without being limited to specific brands, maintaining a versatile and adaptive approach Requirements :Background in Engineering (Mechanical, or related technical fields).Proven experience in technical service, troubleshooting, or maintenance within the Industrial or Mining sectors.Willingness to work heavily on-site at customer locations (specifically Gresik & Surabaya area).Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal specialists and external clients.Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving What We Offer :Opportunity to work with major industrial leaders.Dynamic exposure to a wide range of products and technical challenges.Collaborative and supportive team environment.
