We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Technical Division Head to lead engineering excellence, manufacturing modernization, asset reliability, and capital project initiatives across our food manufacturing operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational improvements, identifying and implementing new technologies, and ensuring the successful execution of engineering and energy-related projects that support sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the Technical Division, including Engineering, Maintenance, and Engineering Projects across manufacturing facilities.Develop and execute engineering strategies to improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, preventive maintenance enhancement, and asset management best practices.Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies, automation solutions, and digital manufacturing initiatives to enhance plant performance and competitiveness.Propose and lead manufacturing line modernization projects, including equipment upgrades, replacement programs, and capacity expansion initiatives.Manage engineering projects related to energy efficiency, sustainability, operational excellence, and cost optimization.Ensure effective project planning, budgeting, execution, risk management, and post-project evaluation.Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other stakeholders to support manufacturing excellence and business objectives.Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, food safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to improve manufacturing capabilities.Travel regularly to manufacturing sites, suppliers, technology partners, and vendors to support project implementation and technology assessments. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's Degree is an advantage.Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering experience, including substantial leadership experience at General Manager (GM) level or equivalent.Mandatory experience within the Food Manufacturing Industry.Strong expertise in manufacturing maintenance, engineering management, asset reliability, plant modernization, and capital project execution.Proven track record in leading manufacturing line upgrades, equipment renewal programs, and operational improvement initiatives.Experience in evaluating and implementing automation, Industry 4.0 technologies, and digital manufacturing solutions.Strong project management, financial planning, stakeholder management, and people leadership capabilities.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong drive for execution.Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Location: Sragen, Solo, Central Java, IndonesiaWillingness to travel extensively as required. *Only shortlisted candidates that will be contacted*
