Tax Staff

This role involves managing tax-related transactions, operations, and compliance for an organization. You will calculate, recap, and report tax transactions, operate tax applications, and ensure accurate tax reporting and regulatory compliance.

responsibilities Calculate, recap, and report all tax-related transactions, including Unification Income Tax (PPh Unifikasi), PPh 21, and VAT (PPN) Operate and manage tax applications such as e-SPT, e-Faktur, and Coretax Prepare and submit the Annual Corporate Tax Return (SPT Tahunan Badan) accurately and on time Perform tax reconciliation and ensure the accuracy of tax calculations and reporting Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, including under pressure About you Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Income Tax & VAT) Experience in using tax applications such as e-SPT, e-Faktur, and Coretax Brevet A/B certification Experience in preparing monthly and annual tax returns Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Proficient in English (both written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is a plus point Prior experience in taxation (minimum 1–3 years) is preferred PT Human Protalent Indonesia is a business unit that focuses on providing professional talent recruitment services based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
